‘Midwest Life’ is the theme of next year’s Visit Geraldton Calendar and those who purchase a copy will see images of windsurfing, farming, marine mammals plus a whole lot more.

Drone photographer Ian Oglesby secured the cover photo with his aerial shot of the revitalised Beresford Foreshore.

The successful submissions can also be spotted on the mall banners throughout Marine Terrace for the next few weeks.

City of Greater Geraldton Mayor Shane Van Styn congratulated everyone involved.

“Life in the Midwest is full of diverse adventures and scenery as represented in our 2022 Visit Geraldton Calendar,” he said.

“There’s sailing, bike riding, sea lions sunbaking, the St Francis Xavier Cathedral in all its glory as well as birds flying over canola fields.

“Congratulations to everyone involved.”
