Chase the Ace

Australia's Funniest Shorts Australia's Funniest Shorts showcases a series of short comedy films and sketches (between 3-8 minutes long) from some of our best comedians and filmmakers. Rated MA15+, course language and adult themes. Unreserved seating. 7.20pm at the Queens Park Theatre. $15 per person.

Animal Health Information Day
Place Road Pets & Aquarium Centre are holding an Animal Health Information & Fundraising Day! $5 dog hyrdobath (bring your own towel) and free dental checks. Gold coin donation for Cuddly Animal Farm, Reptile Holding and small animal health check. Face painting, sausage sizzle and more! 
Gallipoli Trench
The 11th Battalion Living History Unit will be holding an open day for Leane's Trench located at Valley View in Northern Gully (Geraldton-Mt Magnet Road) from 2pm. The Gallipoli Trench is a replica from the First World War - complete with sound systems, actors and all the paraphernalia of war to make the experience for visitors as real as possible. Adults $15, concessions gold coin donation, veterans free, children under 16 free.

River Walk Free guided river walk aong the Chapman River. Wear appropriate shoes and clothing, BYO water. Meet at Spalding Park carpark (access Chapman Road) at 7.30am. FOC
Platform Markets Behind the Geraldton Railway Station from 8am to noon. Local produce, freshly cooked foods, homemade goods and so much more! FOC
School Fair
Wandina Primary School are holding a Fun Fair with food and market stalls, activities and entertainment. Located at Wandina Primary School from 10am to 2pm. FOC
BBQ Lunch
Head out for a mouth-watering, slow smoked BBQ lunch at Burnt Barrel Brewbq on Nanson-Howatharra Road and enjoy a locally brewed beer, all while enjoying the scenery and listening to live music. From 12pm to 3pm.
Video Gaming
APM Casual Video Gaming afternoon at the Geraldton Mutipurpose Centre on the Foreshore. From 1pm to 6pm. $10 door fee, or $5 if you bring your own equipment (console, monitor, etc…).

Enjoy a self-drive tour that takes you on a colourful journey throughout the Midwest. There are 20 different art installations to see, programs available at the Visitor Centre. FOC

Celebrating the achievements made by our local Midwest artists, open from 10am to 4pm on Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. FOC

LEGO! - Geraldton Regional Art Gallery, Chapman Road
Create your own city from a massive mound of 60,000 white Lego bricks! There are so many possibilities, let your imagination run wild. Open 10am to 4pm Friday to Sunday. FOC

Midwest Aboriginal Artists Exhibition - Geraldton Visitor Centre, Marine Terrace
Stunning artwork from our very own Midwest Aboriginal Artists. Open 9am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. FOC
