Finding your new favourite eatery or watering hole has never been easier thanks to a new digital map showcasing the best of Geraldton’s food and drink scene.
A collaborative effort between Shore Leave Festival, Midwest Food Alliance, Euphorium and the City of Greater Geraldton, the Geraldton Food and Beverage Trail provides locals and visitors with a single source of information for finding somewhere to eat and drink in Geraldton.
City of Greater Geraldton Deputy Mayor Natasha Colliver was thrilled to see this idea come to fruition.
“Geraldton punches well above its weight when it comes to cafes, bars and restaurants and now thanks to the new Geraldton Food and Beverage Trail, finding somewhere to tantalise your taste buds is a piece of cake,” she said.
“This initiative allows restaurants and bars to be featured on a single map, making them easier to find for visitors and encouraging locals to try out new places.
“A huge thank you to Shore Leave Festival, Midwest Food Alliance and Euphorium for bringing the Geraldton Food and Beverage Trail to life.”
The Geraldton Food & Beverage Trail map is now live on the Visit Geraldton website and also shows which eateries are open during the upcoming Shore Leave Festival.
