Healthy Mind Menu Regional Roadshow 2026
Monday 27th July 2026
Working in the hospitality industry, while rewarding, can also be isolating, unsociable, and high-pressure, often with intense competition.
Mental health is emerging as a significant challenge, with 80% of workers reporting symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, and addiction.
Healthy Mind Menu promotes mental health and wellbeing among hospitality workers, aiming to prevent mental ill-health, build capacity to address psychosocial risks and respond effectively to reduce its impact on employees, employers, and their families.
