Geraldton Foreshore

Geraldton Foreshore

-Multiple playgrounds for big and little kids.
-An enclosed waterpark.
-Public toilets close by.
-Plenty of shade under the trees.

A must-visit with the kids is Geraldton’s premier Foreshore – multiple playgrounds make the perfect spot for a family day out, a meet up with friends or a big play to wear out your energetic little ones. There is an enclosed playground perfect for smaller kids with an area for the littlies and a spot for older toddlers.

Adjacent to the toddler playground is a space for kids a bit older. This includes epic climbing equipment, a boat-shaped play area, lots of balance-driven equipment and more! And if you’re down there during the warmer months – you can’t miss the waterpark! The area has an assortment of spouts, water features and is the ultimate energy burner for the kids – and it’s enclosed.

There’s plenty of grassed areas and shady spots to lay the picnic rug and get out your snacks! But there are also plenty of great cafes in walking distance if Mum or Dad need a caffeine hit.

Hot tip: Wear the kids out by taking their bikes or scooters along the footpath to the Esplanade to see if they can spot any sea lions on Seal Rock.
